fix: Proper Resize & Scroll for Graphics & System

system_graphics_fix into main

Graphics, Adv. Graphics & System within the Properties window would smudge and look gross due to my last implementation of being able to resize these windows.

  • Fixed all 3 options to have scroll window to ensure fixed size of options & no more smudge.
