Properties had a weird smudging effect that would happen on the game icon to the left in the info section alongside other issues due to the new horizontal scrollbar implementation.

Adjusted Properties to replicate exactly how citron Configuration works w/ QButton and a few other adjustments to ensure that scaling and adjusting the window size is the exact same as citron Configuration for a better look and more user-friendly.
